Digital Banking Application [Jenius]
Overview
This is an exploration with my team in redesigning Jenius banking application, a digital banking service in Indonesia.
Project Type: Personal.
Tools: Figma, Miro, Marvel.
Problem: Users feel confused when using the application because they unfamiliar with the flow and design. They think the flow of this banking application is kind of different with other banking application so they need to learn how the application works. Some of users state that the design is a bit boring.
Solution: Redesign Ideating new interfaces of Jenius app to provide better user experience with rearranging the menu page, and designing simple and clear design.

Like
The application have many good features.
Dislike
Hard to use at the first try because not familiar with the layout.
Confused about cards information.
Interface design a bit boring.

4 - TEST | user testing
Scenario task
We conducted a user testing to 12 people with 3 scenario tasks using Marvel:
Send money to group
Saving money to travelling
Top up e-wallet or online payment
Findings
After conducted user testing using Marvel, we know that the overall average usability score is 70%. This findings helped refine the design because it uncovered some errors which required design changes on the product.
